5. Prohibited Activities

• 🚫 Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• 🚫 Scraping, crawling, or collecting user data without permission
• 🚫 Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation
• 🚫 Interfering with the proper functioning of Rallynex
• 🚫 Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform
• 🚫 Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform

6. Fundraising and Donations

If you enable fundraising on your journey, you agree to the following:

• 💰 You are solely responsible for using funds as described in your campaign
• 💰 Rallynex may charge a platform fee (clearly disclosed before enabling)
• 💰 We reserve the right to investigate and suspend potentially fraudulent campaigns
• 💰 Donations are processed through PayPal; refer to their terms for payment disputes
• 💰 We do not guarantee that you will reach your fundraising goal

7. Intellectual Property

Rallynex and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our branding, logo, or design without permission
• Use our trademarks or service marks without prior written consent
• Claim ownership over any part of the Rallynex platform

8. Third-Party Services

Rallynex integrates with various third-party services including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, PayPal, and Cloudinary. We are not responsible for:

• The content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services
• Any interruptions, errors, or issues caused by third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs that may affect functionality

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Creating fraudulent or misleading content
